Our design philosophy draws on the principles of Ikebana. Conceptualised as an homage to minimalism and harmony with nature, with a strong focus on form & aesthetics - these principles take shape in the form of Kibana homes. Others may call it a villa, an estate or an apartment; we simply call it our happy space.

KIBANA STORY
With cityscapes growing more crowded, polluted & frantic by the day - we set out on a mission to find the perfect escape from the drudgery of daily life. Our love for space, simplistic luxury & sustainable living led us to the beautiful, breezy beaches of Goa - where we began construction on our first project in 2020.
Our mission is to create the Mecca of modern, simplistic living for the next generation of home owners. We believe that the future of living needs to be in harmony with nature. We are a young front team backed by seasoned experts who have come together to create beautiful spaces for elevated everyday living.

A Kibana home is the embodiment of understated luxury.
We believe in enhancing the unseen aspects of life, by designing with thought and care. From the feel of a flooring on your feet, to the cycle of light through a room, to the sensory experience of fabrics and fittings, we know it’s the smallest details that make a great home.
Our design ethos is inspired by the rich & natural landscape that surrounds our homes. Using light filled interiors, the lush privacy of nature and a seamless integration of indoor-outdoor living, Kibana homes are designed around the elements that surround them. We love to blend natural elements with clean lines to create design that uplifts both the experience and the environment that come with it.
KIBANA BALANCE
At Kibana, we are constantly trying to perfect the art of balance.
As friends of the Earth, we believe in adding to, rather than taking from the space around us. We believe in creating simple & clean spaces with timeless design, that can stand the test of time and coexist in harmony with nature. We work with local experts during our site design process to ensure minimal ecological disruption and try to localise most of our operations to support the community around us. We are big believers in giving back: a percentage of our revenue goes towards creating & supporting upskilling programs at local schools.
